The Higher Rights Assessment Board (the Assessment Board) acts in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) when dealing with personal data provided by individuals for the purposes of handling applications, enquiries and complaints, etc.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by the Assessment Board. A fee may be imposed for complying with a data access request.
